Maybe people aren't in a position to download yet. If u feel lazy just copy paste the readme.

I won't download this game. Not because I don't like it, but just because I do not know what it is about and because of the fact that the developer just says: "look at the readme". It's your game, and if you're too lazy to just tell us what it's about, then I do not think it's realy worth it. Don't wanna insult anyone here, just criticising.

SecretLand, before anything else happens, please consider this an official caution. Don't call Haily by her deadname. Do it more, and it'll be a personal attack and will merit a warning.

So here's the deal:
If Haily sold the rights to this project to anyone, that person now has legal rights to do with it as they please, unless there is or was a contract made which voids that person's right to resell. This sort of contract is not without precedent; to use a non-gaming situation where it comes up, sometimes people sell animals with a clause in the contract which stipulates that the owner will not sell the pet without consulting the original seller first. It's often a formality, but it's legally binding. So...yeah. If Haily sold this source code, she has lost the right to complain about it if such a contract was not brought into effect.
However:
If Haily has not sold the source code to this game - and honestly, if it's fairly similar to the original Egg Hunt, it might be a bit on the iffy side if she has - then no one has the right to redistribute it. Haily, I'd appreciate it if you confirmed your actions regarding this source code. You've made clear that you don't know how SecretLand got it, but that doesn't mean someone else didn't get it.

At this time, I'm going to remove the link in poast 1. Please do not repost the link or otherwise try and get around it. I believe there is more than enough evidence to temporarily suspend the spreading of this game. If further disclosure proves that SecretLand is in the clear, I will gladly reinstate the link and we won't have a problem with it being spread around. However, it needs to be said that in the event that this game was being spread without legal authorization, those responsible may find themselves on the wrong side of the rules, with all the attendant discipline which may result under the circumstances.

Put bluntly, if anyone directly involved in this situation has anything to admit or confess to, now is your chance. It will go much worse if this has to be dragged out or if truth has to be pulled out piece by piece.
