Skullgirls is fully playable as it has screen reader support.
I like drag racing in the old NFS underground games too.

In terms of fully playable, we've got: Code 7, Skullgirls and Sequence Storm. That's what I can think of for now, not to mention playable web browser games (RPGs, idle clickers, ETC).

Madden NFL 20 and Mortal Kombat 11. There are other games for the consoles that are playable but they don't have the accessibility features.

If you are looking for games that is fully playable, there are a bunch of games that you can try.
For fighting games, we have injustice 1 & 2, mortal kombat 9, mortal kombat X and mortal kombat 11, street fighter 4 and street fighter V, skullgirls, especially for PC with has added full screen reader support, guilty gear xrd sign and revelator games, only xrd sign has full english voiceovers, also keep in mind that all the guilty gear xrd’s story mode is a visual novel and there are no fights at all, the only thing to do is watch all the chapters until the end. There is also blazblue, including cross tag battle, marvel vs capcom 3 and marvel vs capcom infinite.
For beat-em-ups, we have shank 1, watchmen part 1 and 2, samurai warriors 4 and 4-II, only the second game is released on PC.
For RPG’s, we have odin sphere leifthrasir on ps4 and ps3, and sacred citadel on ps3, X360, and PC.
That’s all for the list of games that are playable.

For forza motorsport 7, if you have the possibility of OCR you can read menus and win races with the help of assists.
If you memorize the tracks, drag racing can be done in need for speed most wanted as traphic isn't randomized. Underground2 is better because you can turn off traphic and there is a streight track. Free roam modes of underground2 and most wanted can be played if you want to have a bit of fun but you need 100% completed saves for those games which you can easyly find on the internet.

Croixleur sigma, code of princess, and phantom breaker battle ground are also playable beat em ups.
There are a ton more that are not mentioned here.

@9 there is resident evil 6 and 7, both of them are playable.
@8, how about mitsurugi kamui hikae and the river city games? Are those games playable?

Resident Evil 7 is indeed very playable, but it takes more patience than I currently have.

@11 haven't heard of the mitsurugi game till now, but the river city games might have some overworld stuff that makes it difficult.

At Hanif I never actually heard of the Samurai warrior games before, i would go for the 4-II game because I only have a PC, can you tell me abit more about the game, how playable it is and where you would need sighted assistance?
From what I gather you get thrown against a huge horde of enemys, slice everything in sight and level up your characters.

naruto shippuden ultimate ninja storm 4 is also playable, the story mode is just battles, the adventure mode is exploration based, as well as the road to boruto story; if you want to complete these parts you will need sighted assistance.

There's actually also the Rhythm Heaven series, Space Channel 5 part 2 and Parappa the Rapper. They are all playable.

99vidas seems playable. Just tried the demo and omg the awesome music reminds me of streets of rage. Speaking of which streets of rage remake is also playvle, and its free!

@22, how playable is killing floor 2? I tried it a while ago but i have no idea what to do. Also how playable is black desert? Isn’t this game an MMORPG like warcraft?
