Actually a lot of people are just more comfortable with talking. I find it primarily among my sighted relatives who aren't heavily involved in online communities except for social media, and that's only with people that they know personally. One time I was having trouble with my phone and I was asking for help on fb, and my cousin told me that it would be easier to help me in person. I ended up figuring out the problem and fixing it without any external assistance at all. With that in mind, I reckon some people just plum find it easier to talk, so cant be too hard on them. Plus since there are fewer blind people in the world than there are sighted people, it makes us more likely to reach out and communicate in this way. A lot of sighted people are perfectly ok with just youtube or podcast or twitch or whatever update that isnt an effort to write out.

I like to rapidly consume information, and I can best do that in text. A lot of folks are that way.

I don't mean to be rude, but it seems to me that everyone here is complaining about delays regarding a game which was, frankly, not so good. The sound quality was poor to say the least, the gameplay was slow and definitly not immersive. My point is : what are you all expecting ?
Is it the disapearing of audio defense that brings so much anticipation and excitment about this game ? Just asking, meaning no offense.

Honestly, when it comes to a podcast vs a text post, it honestly depends on the situation. Some things qualify for being made into a video or audio recording, while text is enough to help with others

I completely agree with you. However, I was making a generalized statement. Some things require a video or audio recording, but this is not one of them

Any project can get better. I even saw more potential in both Echoes from Levia and GoldGun., which we know are no longer being developed. These games, CMR included, aren't the best audio games on the market, but they're not the worst either. I have seen games way worse. BlindSkape and Vanished to name a few

Well, the devs don't need to wonder why people are so heavily critisizing their game. If you step up to the plate and say that you will step into audio defences footprints and give the comunity a similarly good or even better experience, you better have something to show than this half finished thing.
For example, audio defence didn't have any micro transactions.

Take that with a huge grain of sault, because there is no way I'm watching a video to listen to someone ramble when they can get to the point with a bit of text.

Honestly I've stopped caring, if it gets updated, it'll come to my phone.

I remember hearing somewhere that he was going to release it on February 1. But it’s too late now.
