oh, i happend to face this same situation almost evrynight however it doesn't scare me out because it's pritty natural for me, do you get feeling like you're somehow floating on the room, sometimes this happens like an outter body experience
speaking about being feeling like you're being watched atnight, i had that when i was young and still do, something about dark places it is, but i've gone past that feer a while ago
what i can suggest in this situation is to think of something that calms you down, something nice that you like, that offen helps, also, try to observe the situation, as in, just look at it as if you were watching and let it pass, and do what you do, if you've meditated before you te understand, if this doesn't help, let me know and i can probably recommend something else.
if you feel like you're being watched, and you know from where,the direction, just ignore it, and don't turn to that place, let it pass, simply iknowledge that you're being watched, and then let go
