Hi Brad, those are not crashes. They're standard prompts when you close the game. The first prompt tells you that the game is still in testing stages so suggestions are welcome. If you press OK on that, another dialog will ask you if you want to visit a Chinese gaming forum. Pressing OK will take you to the site, pressing cancel will not.

Press control n to start a new game or control c to continue a saved game.

If you run the readme through Google Translate, it tells you a lot, but it's somewhat awkwardly worded. I've been thinking of trying to clean it up and upload it so English peeps can understand what's going on.

Ugh having trouble with level 8 where you have to use your flashlight in the maze. I'm starting to get the hang of how to navigate, but there's just so much. Also, there's some kind of item that seems to regenerate at my position whenever I pick it up. I'm not exactly sure what it is.

Edit: I did manage to figure out a nice way to kill the zombies and I think I know how to get out. I'm still puzzled about that item that doesn't go away though.
Hoping someone catches up to me at some point and can help me out smile

BTW the reason I am able to play the game is that I've been spending time trying to translate it to English. I've replaced the voice prompts the game uses with English ones (Not sure how accurate they are but they seem to suffice) and put in some NVDA dictionary entries to quickly read the Chinese text (again it's messy but it sort of works). Not sure if the dictionary is the best strategy or not haha.

I was originally going to keep quiet about these efforts because I think it's a bit rough right now, but I realized that I kinda needed to do these things to play the game comfortably, so I guess I ought to mention it and see if anyone needs them and is interested enough to discuss it. Of course you can use the Translate add-on but I'm always afraid of abusing the service or something, especially in text-heavy games.

I just edited post 33 with an alternative link to the file on Sync. I've been meaning to switch to Sync for a lot of stuff anyway.

@36 you found treasures. Once you find them just press space on them like any other item, and you'll pick them up. You don't have to use them or anything. At the end of the level, all the treasure you found is exchanged for gold.

Iirc there are treasures on every level so you probably missed some. I'll upload what I have of the English prompts tonight and hopefully you will be able to find more.

Okay now I'm on level 9. Damn, those enemies are tough!
I also wonder if the armor does anything. I don't seem to be taking any less damage after I collect it.
For those who need it, here are English voice prompts to replace the Chinese ones used in the game. Just copy/paste the files in here to the sounds folder of the game and when you are asked to replace files, do so.

Well got through level 9. Level 10 seems like a lot of fun, though it's gonna be really tricky with all of the enemies around. At this point I think i'm going to take a short break; my head is starting to spin a bit much haha

If you get to level 10, you should have got pistols and axes. Armor doesn't work. It's a bug, but there's a piece of armor that can prevent poisoning. It works
