On the Steam page I don't see an email address for the developer, I think the best place to contact him is through the discussion page for the game, he has a topic titled 'Hello, feel free to ask anything'. If you don't know, to get to the discussion page, from the game's store page go to the community hub, then discussions.

I don't think he has any other games out at the moment.
