hey everyone! a few hours ago i got the latest update to the bitlife ios app and it is now completely accessible with the unity accessibility plugin! it's better than before, because you can move up and down to skip to different sections of the game, and it's working perfectly!
sorry to post it in the new releases, but the game was completely reprogramed in unity and was inaccessible for us for some time. feel free to move the topic to general forum if you feel it's not appropriate here.

I don't know, i liked the other interface better. I very much learnt  what's where on the screen. So i guess minigames aren't playable still?

It's supposed to be accessible on Android as well given the what's new on Google Play includes that update, but if it is it doesn't turn on automatically.

hi.
I can not flick because it do'es'nt talk, there's just sound, but no talking, when on the privacy policy screen.
I managed to exit the screen, but stil no dice.
edit: after a restart, everything reads.
I managed to get bitizenship and god mode back too.

I downloaded the game but for me atleast the accesibility is the same as before.
Do i have to turn on something or what? If i swipe to the left sometimes goes to anothher thing and soo on.

enable direct touch area, then try to restart an app, after exitting the privacy policy screen.

to enable accessibility if it doesn't start by default use a triple finger triple tap. i believe it will work on android as well, because it uses the unity accessibility plugin.
as for the interface, you can drag your finger to find buttons and the one finger flick up and down to get to where you want, it works great.
i haven't found the minigames yet. for those that do, please report if it's accessible.

I need a sighted person to turn on the screen reader from the settings
But I want to know is there a screen reader or just writing on the Play Store

Although I agree with post 5, I mostly love the unity accessibility interphase. The only problems I really have with this game is that when I scroll through all of the menus, it wraps right back to the beginning of the menu.
I don’t recall other unity based accessible games doing that. Also when I turn off voiceover and tap with 3 fingers 3 times, it says enabled accessibility, but nothing actually happens.
I was wondering if that was a common issue with the unity accessibility plugin on IOS?

How do I enable accessibility in android? I add it to game mode in jieshuo, run it and then tap 3 times with 3 fingers on the screen but nothing.

unfortunately it doesn't work on android. I've tested it numerous times. I will send feedback to the devs because it's not working on anndroid, if both platforms gestures are set as default then it was supposed to work. in the end...

Hmm, I'm not sure about this. I really liked the ability to press control+=f with my bluetooth keyboard and find items, and I just find the unity accessibility plugin, a little bit clunky. Haven't used it for a few years though, so I'm optimistic. I'll give it a go, but I dropped 7 little words when it switched to this because there is no find option and it was nigh impossible
