See if malwarebytes or any other accessible antimalware application can find and remove it. A clean install of Windows is also an option.
Wow that is awsome. Congratulations for getting some entertainment.
No just kidding seriously. Get an accessible antivirus to scan your pc.If you can't run antivirus because malware terminates it, run rkill or differently named versions of it to terminate the malware.
Agreed with everyone else on running antivirus, though I'd also like to suggest that next time your friend asks to borrow your computer, give them a firm no and explain what happened last time.
And this, my dudes, is why I don't really trust people accept my family with my tech.
Even better if you must allow them to use your machine, create a system image backup that you can restore from. Of course you still have to worry about malware that can get into the firmware...
i dont even trust my family with my pc, because of my settup that i know how to use, but i dout they could. and yeah, system backups are the thing you need if they have to use it
I don't even trust my family with my computer, because for example my brother once put on a virus while downloading cracks without me knowing, because i turned off NVDA.
A cleen windows install is the best option available...
@rings2006, @ashleygrobler04, Nice families guys!
Might also want to try sort out some computer safety tips, for your safety and theirs.
hahaha yeah, got the pin on mine, but he knew it and asked me if he could download some thing to keep him busy with, i told him not to use any doggy sites or what so ever, and he didn't do it onpurpose...
Luckely he called me to fix it.
@all, Thank for your advices.
I started using a computer a year ago so I am a bit lost.
I am better with mobile devices.
Just get a virus scanner on your computer and have it run a scan on your whole drive.
And don't ever give your computer to that person ever again.
