Hi, to install apk files, use adb. Either connect the watch through usb, using generic adb drivers from google or if you have an option in your installed rom settings to use adb over wifi, just run:
adb connect <watch ip>
assuming the devices are on the same wireless network. Once you allow the connection, assuming your rom has ro.adb.secure=1 set, you can just run:
adb install /path/to/apk
