hey guys, how are you?
yesterday i bought asus vivobook laptop, then i installed windows 20 on it.
When i conected headset to it, computer starting lagging, also a new window called realtech audio console appeared.
Can ya guys help me for fixing this annoying problem?

If someone can help you figure out this panel and you don't need to do it every time you plug in the headset, maybe that will be enough.
But otherwise, try Googling how to install generic sound drivers.  Just, make sure to create a restore point first, and have a sighted person (on the phone if you have none near by) or a USB sound output device available for if shit goes wrong.
