If you have samsung phone, just find dark sreen or something like that in accessibility settings, it might be in visibility, it depends of model you're using.
When you will enable it, press power key 2 times, and screen will become dark.

I have a much older Samsung phone, so my setup might differ from yours. But here, I can turn off the screen by going to Settings, Accessibility, Vision, Dark Screen (Described as: Keep the screen turned off at all times for privacy).

If that option is not available, and Voice Assistant does not have a screen dimming option either (although it should), then your best bet is going to your Display settings, lowering the brightness to 0 % and setting the theme of all apps you can to dark. Yes, the screen will still be turned on, and others will be able to see what's on it, but at least you'll be saving some of the battery.

Yes, I definitely left the forum. Mhm. Why would you have any doubt?

Yeah, talked to Samsung about it and the guy there told me they got read of it for some reason.
That is for the newer phones, the s8 plus, even on the latest update still has it, I believe also the 9 does, but the 10 and above, no.
They also took it away with some of the j phones that got pie, but what can we do.
It was great, this one actually turning off the screen properly, not like any other churtain, making your battery life get better by at least 50 percent,, on amoled phones anyway.
