I know to listen the sound on real time i need an audio interface, but how can i stream the vsti sound and the mic at the same time on the live.

Here's what I did, I need to fix some stuff but you can hear the two reviews I did here.

Let me say BTW that this is all on Windows, if you're on a mac you'll have to figure out what works for you or get somebody else to help you. That having been said:

1. Download OBS, Open Broadcast Studio. Install it, obviously.

2. Follow the excellent articles on setting it up. If you want to record locally and upload, just use record instead of streaming.

3. Go here and get ASIO for OBS and install it.

https://github.com/Andersama/obs-asio

4. Install Reaper, get it up and running. When you install, there's a part where you can select components. Open "optional functionality", and install ReaRoute. See here for more help.

https://reaperaccessibility.com/index.php/Main_Page

5. Run Reaper, add your keyboard tracks and microphone, or whatever else you want.

6. Make the master track visible, ctrl+alt+m.

7. Hit alt+applications key, and add a ReaRoute output on the master, I think it's like ReaRoute 1l 2r or such.

8. Run OBS.

9. Add sources, specifically an audio input capture. When you do it should take you to properties. Pick ReaRoute, then you'll have to tab to two combo boxes. They'll each say mute, I don't quite remember what you change them to, maybe ReaRoute 1l and 2r, but it's pretty easy to figure out.

10. You should be good to go. If not. just close everything and try it again, I don't think it worked for me the first time but it did the second.

In the sar site exists a manual, and i can try to make an audio tutorial if you want.

do you actually need a mixer to use rearoute and sar?
