From where did you get them? Try using malware bites or some other antivirus program to remove them.
To be honest, it was a rather stupid accident.
I was downloading some sound effects, and the zip file had a XEN it. Actually, it had to one was process explorer and one was a set up to fail. And I stupidly opened the set up file. And then a whole bunch of apps just came on to my PC and gloom started opening random pages, I know this happen. Fortunately, I got window defender working on is coming right now.
i Recommend stop cracking. that all are wiruses common in cracks.
guys, i hope now someone will believe me when i say, don't use win defender anymore. there are way, way, way better av s out there, and you know it! kaspersky can just disinfect your computer and boom. i had over 5000 infected dlls ones, and in about 30 mintes, it removed all the trases of the virus, disinfecting my infected files.

@1: In case you don't have a backup of your files:
as your computer got infected already, I recommend backing up things to a special disk and reinstalling your operating system. It will get rid of keyloggers and other spyware, which are quite hard to detect, even if your av removes those add popping things called adware from your machine.
Then, don't forget to disable autorun for USB, connect the external storage, where you've backed up things and scan them with a good antivirus, such as Kaspersky. They have a scanner-only program, which is free if I remember right.
It should clean malware stored in your files. If possible, don't run .exe files from that drive at all, they are the most likely targets for infection. If you have installers of programs stored there, simply redownload them from their official websites. It will take some time, but it's the safest option.
Also, as all .exe files from your backup are to be considered unsafe, I recommend simply deleting all of them. It will prevent similar mistakes to thatone you did earlier to happen again.
In case you actually have a backup, simply reinstall the whole thing, and use your backed data. If you have a backup, but there are certain new non-exe files, which you need to keep, use the procedure above to save them from getting formatted.
And for future, I recommend either using a good antivirus, Voodooshield or Sandboxie. Any of these programs, if used correctly should protect your from similar problems.

@1 What sound effects were you downloading and where did they come from? This is another one of the reasons I don't have cracked sounds any more.

I don't see a reason why not to trust Kaspersky more than other companies. Infact, if I had to select, whether my data would go to NSA or FSB, I would choose the latter. Russians may be good in this sort of things, but they don't play a significant role anymore, so even if they have my personal informations, it doesn't really matter.
And even if Kaspersky was really forwarding informations to FSB, what is not proven in any means, at least, my informations won't end up in NSA. I highly doubt these two agencies are collaborating in any way for historical reasons.

That’s the thing. I would reformat, but my screen is busted. As in, doesn’t work. It’s broken. It got cracked. Do I need to take assistance when resetting? Also it came from a Russian website.

@12: if you have Windows 10, you technically don't need screen to restore your Windows. Everything is automated, you just need to start the process from your operating system, search for resetting Windows 10 to get more informations.
There are two types of reset, one will just delete your apps and settings, but keep your files, another will delete everything, making a clean installation. You need the secondone, sadly I don't remember its name.
But after some searching, you should be able to find it out. I did this once and there were no problems. The computer has restarted and after some time, I was presented with the Windows 10 installation. You can start Windows narrator from here using ctrl+windows+return if I remember right.
Though be careful, if your screen is broken to a level, that it can't be used, and you don't have ports to connect external monitor, you could end up being forced to repair your screen, if you do something wrong.
Alternatively, I recommend checking also whether Windows is capable of joining external monitors during the installation, just in case.

@15, that was uncalled for here. Gaki_shonin was downloading sound effects from a place he thought at the time was safe. There are sites out there that do offer sound affects for free, also. It may have been a bad misjudgment, but we all can make these mistakes.
@Gaki_Shonin, do you have a external DVD or CD that you can use that is blank? If so, you can download a Windows 10 ISO, and paace it on that medium, whether it is a DVD, or CD. Then you can perform a clean install of Windows completely independently, without sighted help, I believe.
Be careful with the reset function. I did it once and it messed up my Internet drivers, making it hard to use my Internet.
Windows Defender is fine. If you run exes from a sound effects archive it's on you. Whatever this is, it's probably not popular enough to be in the antivirus databases because it's not being distributed in a very effective manner, if I had to guess.
While I understand that blind people don't have money, if your screen is so broken that sighted people can't read it, you are well past the point where you should get a new computer. Also, I haven't damaged a laptop screen in 15 years at least, longer if we don't count the weird story about Florida lightning and the air conditioner drainage pan in the attic. Point being, I'm not sure why "My screen is broken, and so I can't get sighted help" is such a theme among blind people on here. It's not super common but it's more common than it should be.
Either way, just plug it into a TV with an HDMI cable or something.
@18, that's weird, I’ve done the reset this PC function several times before, and that has never happened. Maybe Windows wasn’t correctly installed?

This can happen if the computer's networking card isn't in Windows's built-in drivers because Windows needs the internet to heck the online one in Windows Update.
