Hi.
So my grandmother has an LG smart TV and uses Xfinity. and every time she turns the TV on, she gets this dialogue asking her to connect to wi-fi, and every time she puts in the password that she knows is the right one, the TV says it couldn't connect and to try again.
Has anyone experienced this? If so, how did you fix it?

reset the router then put in the password again. I haven't had this problem with Comcast but things like this happen sometimes.

@2 Yeah Xfinity is a major TV and internet provider in the US.
And it's the TV having problems not the router. However we just turned it on and it worked perfectly fine
