hi,
i

have a third character, in a different move i created a warrioress,

tachiana, she has the power of destruction, and possesses a nadorian war

sword, bought with the gold from the enchanted dagger.
I am now facing off

with the 7 statues, i have killed fox, wolf, bear, dragon, and stag.
I

tried to kill the griphin but he killed me.
But i'm closer now than

ever.
best regards

hi, i

decided to go to a source of weaponry i know, the monestary in triffic is

quite good for weapons, all you have to do is say you'll help them out and

you get a well crafted war hammer.
I have also found that in the lower

level you find a ruby bracelet, and a small emerald.
Firstly where do i go

to get the best price for my war hammer, and do you know of anyone who'd

like a expensive ruby bracelet and a small emerald?
thx

If

you'd read my last post you'd know that Graldok is the best place to sell

weapons and armor. Just keep in mind that the first time you visit the

bazaar there you'll encounter Illiok the Brave. He's extremely tough. With

a Melee Rating of 65 on one of my prior characters I was still "staring into

the eyes of death." when I fought him. However Charisma, my current

character, even though her MR is only 41, was more than a match for him due

to her mastery of Elementalism which is now up to 50. As for the small

emerald and bracelet I don't know where to sell those. Graldok only buys

weapons and armor, but the prices are better than anywhere else.

But wait, what's that? A transport! Saved am I! Hark, over here! Hey nonny non, please help!

Well

you have to be an Adventurer's Guild member in order to go there. Graldok

is on the way to Talinus. When you get to the Moonshore Crossroads, inquire

about passage to Graldok and you will have to pay 15 gold for a stage coach

ride. And yes, right outside Hawklor there's a choice that says take the

road out of town that leads east towards talinus and Graldok, so you don't

have to go looking. The Moonshore Crossroads is along that road. Just don't

enter the inn. The option you want is right there when you get to the

crossroads so there's no need to visit the inn unless you want to mingle

with people or, if you haven't already done so, train with that

mercinary.g

But wait, what's that? A transport! Saved am I! Hark, over here! Hey nonny non, please help!

i'm not a member, so, how much does it cost to sign up to be a

member?
and can you use payple or something?

Yes

you can use Pay Pal to pay for your subscription. There are three packages

to choose from and the prices are all listed on the site. And not to seem

critical or anything, but it's Trithik, not Triffic. TH, not F.

But wait, what's that? A transport! Saved am I! Hark, over here! Hey nonny non, please help!

2005-10-29 10:29:23

And

as I recall the three subscription packages are three months, six months and

one year. As well as I can remember it they cost six, twelve and twenty

bucks respectively, and it's well worth it. I will warn you that in order

to visit the bazaar in Graldok you'll first have to undertake a little

quest...

But wait, what's that? A transport! Saved am I! Hark, over here! Hey nonny non, please help!

2005-10-29 11:45:11

what

is the quest? what do i have to do?
thx

I

wouldn't want to spoil the surprise. You'll find out when you get there.

The

emerald isn't worth all that much, but I dunno about the bracelet.
I'm

now working on a character who, when he's done, will have a MR of 65 or 66

and SP of 94. No magic though. I sold all that cruddy magic armour to the

bazaar in Graldok, didn't bother with the dude who comes after you or

whatnot.
Oh, and Brian, just for the sake of argument: Talinus is reached

by travelling east of Hawklor, then north...but Graldok is reached by

travelling east of Hawklor, then southeast, I believe. So you're not

exactly on the way to Talenus when you're going to Graldok, though you have

to travel east to get nearer to either.

Yeah,

but you need to reach he Moonshore Crossroads in order to go to either city.

BTW, have you tried Proving Grounds yet? Pretty cool if you ask me.

It's

the newest content. It consists of a series of adventures made up of daily

miniscenarios. They're actually contests. The current one is called Raid on

Quaris-Taen and it runs till the 15th. All you have to do apart from being

an AG member is select the Enter the Proving Grounds option from any safe

location. It's been a lot of fun so far. I've managed to complete all the

available scenarios without being defeated. The grand prize is supposed to

be 8 Adventurer Tokens, which are the only currency accepted at the new

trading post that's supposed to be released soon. It's supposed to have

all kinds of cool stuff that's pretty rare from the sounds of things.

i

wish i can be a guild member. hay, how did you subscribe? do ya need to give

away some of your gold tochens, or do ya pay with pay pal or somethigng? i

hope you just give away gold smile

2005-11-02 19:04:44

It's

funny, Brian. I asked that question of mine not having been on Sryth in a

couple days, and then went and played the Proving Grounds and it was really

really easy.
Aaron, you've got to use real money I'm afraid, not just

gold. It'd be so much easier if it were gold but the GM's got to have some

way of making a living if he's working this hard...
