How would you turn on orca in Kubuntu? I have been wanting to expierment with the kde desktop.

As Kubuntu's desktop is KDE, you can't. Orca works in Mate and Gnome, so you'd better try Ubuntu Mate. The key for turning Orca on is still super+s.
Or I have missed the latest developments and the things are changed.

KDE isn't accessible as far as I know.
