I heard there is an NVDA add on for win frotts that will auto-speak output text. however, it doesn't appear to be on the official add ons page, and jef's repository is down. Does anyone have the installation file lying around?

You may want to try this addon instead, it's the more modern version of the Frotz addon and has support for some other interpreters as well. A Frotz module is included.

Jeff hosts it, but I believe he's hosting an old version. The addon itself is on Nick's GitHub, though it's part of a larger package of many other addons he's created and isn't compiled into an addon package..
