@38, It isn't just audio games, it's software. Software is not a physical thing, in theory it's just a piece of information for the computer. That's the reason I think all software on the internet should be free.

So let me explain to you how the world really works.
Yes software on the internet is digital. yes it is not a physical product, but you fail to understand that someone took the time to make it. in a lot of cases especially where games are concerned, money was put in to pay for sounds and music. Which I'd like to point out aren't all cookie cutter and are sometimes commissioned
for that specific purpose.

If someone is going to create something especially when that something involved their time and money, they are entitled to expect reasonable compensation for their work.
People still need to keep a roof over their head and eat.
I wouldn't be surprised to find out that you haven't done a bit of work in your life and so fail to understand the concept of compensation.

Hey Liam!!! I wouldn't spend time to explain to him. He should already know not everything is free. We all have to pay bills.

Well since it's not physical it shouldn't be paid, right? That must mean it's easy to produce everything that's not physical, you know like a piece of computer software or something.
Let's compile a list of things that shouldn't be charged for then since they're not physical.
Ready?
Go!
teachers,
social workers,
lawyers,
receptionists,
programmers. Wait what? Yeah... I mean they're just people with brains containing knowledge to type certain keys on a keyboard... they're not a physical good.

I'd go on, but I think the world would be fucked without the people I just listed doing the things they do. Especially the teachers I think. big_smile
