Hi, guys! So can someone tell me some good suggestions for good jailbreak tweaks that are compatible with voiceover and are good for the blind.

I know this is a bit OT, but, I have an iPhone 8 that I'm no longer using with a phone carrier and I'd like to JailBreak it. How might I do this in the most accessible way? Thanks. Again, Sorry for the bit of OT.

I didn't know that you can't use jailbroken phone without phone carrier. Can you use it?

What iOS version are you on?

Mazen, does Unc0ver work on an iPhone 6? I saw iPhone 6s listed, but not 6.

Yes, it's working. Also I have a question: Can you use a jailbroken i Phone with your carrier?

Mason, I'm on the most up-to-date version of iOS. 12.2. What app or website can I use to JailBreak?

2019-04-10 15:47:52

Yes, you can. Jailbreaking is not the same as unlocking.

By the way  I’m not mason. anyway, If you want a jb stay on the  lowest ios version possible. currently its up to 12.1.2

Masen, does Unc0ver work on an IPhone 6?

2019-04-10 17:06:17

Yeah but unc0ver drains the battery like hell. Wait for electra  instead

2019-04-10 17:11:12

When electra get released i will futurerestore to 12.1.1 useing shsh2 Blobs and jb with electra.
Uncover haves so many issues because of substrate. electra uses substatute

2019-04-10 18:09:36

shsh? Still around? Or they were upgraded to shsh2.

2019-04-10 18:10:18

This poor iPhone 6's battery is not that great anyway, this coming from a Pixel2 user primarily, and since the phone isn't going live it probably isn't as much an issue.

Masen, problem when installing unc0ver through app.ignition.fun. Safari claims the url is invalid when clicking the link for unc0ver.

2019-04-10 19:53:48

A kid is reporting the certs of signing  services like ignition, appvalley, tweakbox etc, so the app become signed for a short time then he reports the Certificate and apple revokes it
Use impactor for now
After you jailbreak install a tweak called reprovision, wich when the app will soon expire it will  automatically sign it for you.

2019-04-10 20:00:13

Here is the  ipa file
https://github.com/pwn20wndstuff/Undeci … .0-b49.ipa

2019-04-10 20:10:12

So the unc0ver app will automatically verify itself no need for an internet connection? Is it safe then to install those tweaks that bypass the security tokens, or will that make Unc0ver itself unverifiable?

2019-04-10 20:17:02

Sign it your self useing your cert. its7 days but reprovision resign it with your apple ID when its about to  expire , when it haves 2 days left to expire. Sorry about my english.

2019-04-10 20:24:02

Error, fatal. Rootfs already mounted. Is this normal? Oh maybe I forgot to unjailbreak with rootless jb, but that shouldn't matter because rootless is not verified.

2019-04-10 20:29:10

The tweaks that  bypass is only for only  certificates from ignition not the cert from your apple id. Because the last one is on a   Date Not on apple servers. But other certs from ignition and other signing  services there date to expire is 1year but apple revokes it waay before that, so thees tweaks blocks the checking server
But apple has pached thees tweaks in ios 12
The way the tweaks work is add a line in the hosts file fore the server. Apple has pached this way in ios12

2019-04-10 20:33:41

It should delete rootless anyway
Try going to settings and   Enable Restor root FS. Then jailbreak and it should restor the root file system to Defaults

2019-04-10 20:44:51

Still getting the rootfs already mounted error. And no, I'm not seeing an ota update file in settings/general/iphone storage, but I am seeing an update badge under software updates.

2019-04-10 20:46:15

Hmm. Try rebooting and restoring rootfs again?
