Hello!
This is me, and my stupid questions again. Sorry!
But I have a serious problem with understanding that licence, because firstly it is  written in a strange way and secondly: english is not my native language so I might be missing something crucial.
There is a paragraph which says that the freeware licence can be used only for personal usages, but later on it is said that my programs that contain the library must be free as in beer but cannot have open source code.
So, does personal usage mean that I cannot release any software in which I do use the free BASS .NET?
