Even if it's allowed, I don't think you will have much luck with KOL. The community is simply too small for it to be effective. You may sell 2 characters at most before you'll be abandoned and forgotten.

This is indeed against the rules although it says meat and not cash the same is suggested for both.
2b. Don't buy or sell accounts for Meat, dumbass.

A player who buys somebody else's account for Meat is pretty much asking to get ripped off. Remember: You can change the password for an account if you have access to the e-mail address associated with the account. So if somebody sells you an account, there is absolutely nothing stopping them from taking it right back.
Selling an account pretty obviously counts as multi abuse, and will be dealt with accordingly. The buyer in an exchange like this will not be punished, but he or she will probably be stupid.
