The YouTube link works. YOu will receive the followingwarning message. "The site you are trying to visit (www.dropbox.com) may include malware, phishing attempts, or disturbing content."
It's just a security warning, so click the continue button. The file does not contain any viruses. It's the installer for the game. The password is "superdoggy" without the quotes. If you want to check out my YouTube video, go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X95I65qqras and enjoy!

The goal was supposed to be finding and destroying a scientist that's creating mutant humans and sending them all over the world. I love some of the concepts in that game, especially the moped, the closed areas, and the fact that enemies have a limited field ofvision. If you're out of their field of vision, they ignore you. I don't know if this was a bug, but it was really cool and could have been used to stage some really cool stealth missions or something equally awesome. It's a shame Philip abandoned it. It's certainly not as great as Perilous Hearts, but it still had potential.
