Hello all i found a swich in 18,3 but when i pressed dial 4 i can't pickup item which i need i need a clear medal wolf for water master so can someone help me find it? ANd also can i get the jumping shoes after stage 16 or i must finish the game?

for wolf medal you must complete the game to super or powerful wolf i think
for shoes you must complete all stages too in normal mode,  it doesn't matter

You get the clear metal wolf item by first winning the game. After that, you can go all the way down to the bottom of the stage selection menu where there is an extra option. Open that, and the third option down is a diffulty selector. Open it and choose wolf difficulty, then reset and win the game again and you'll get the wolf clear metal.
