I've noticed that. 
on the upside, it goes a long way to make all the characters unique. there's so much to learn. Loving Libra of Soul so far. the music really adds to the atmosphere, and it's make me want to just click once more to find out what happens.

Hi,
Does anyone know if there's a soundtrack available? My collector's edition from the UK Amazon as said before had only 5 tracks from sc6 with the rest being from soul edge to scdv. I hope they release a more complete soundtrack futher down the line from somewhere like cdjapan, unless one of the collector editions has it.

Standard version is $59-79, depending on where you live. This game wouldn't sell for $49... lol. Unless it's 49 pounds? You were probably looking at the collector's edition which is $150 and comes with a lot of things.. it should've said so in the product title.

IS this game all in mono?
i just watched some youtube videos that had a music in stereo and the fight was all in mono.
This is 2018 for god's sake I don't understand why i would pay $60 for a game in mono audio. pretty disappointed. was really hyped for this one.
just was hoping that maybe, givven that we are in a modern age and technology has been slightly improved and innovations are made, they also would release this with full stereo audio features.

People make too much of a fuss over this, imo. The game is in full stereo aside from the actual combat sounds.. and even that is actually in stereo. You just have to listen for it because the stereo imaging isn't as wide as it was in previous games, that's all. Not buying this game just because it doesn't have a wider stereo image is missing out, in my opinion.

Not to mention, nothing on 16 bit systems was in stereo. I've been playing fighters since MK1 and street fighter 2. I don't need stereo to enjoy a game. People are just spoiled is all.

Well put... I'm the same way. The first half of my life I played games purely in mono, and even when they were in stereo I played on a flat screen TV and didn't even know certain games were in stereo until I put on headphones for the first time. Mono audio in games is a fact of life... which I am happy about, because that doesn't limit the games I can play.

I purchased this game for the pc and I'm seriously having a blast. I easily got used to the stereo field, I can't comment on other sc games since this is the first one I'm playing. Overall this game is awesome. Adding to the fact that you can OCR it and the story mode is text-based with a lot of fighting. I'm having a lot of fun. If the only reason some of you have not to buy the game is the limited stereo field you're missing out

Well i have not played fighting games as much as you guys did. i'm new blood; however, i play street fighter v competitively and i can't imagine playing that mono for instance. it's just i have to know my position all the time to be able to execute the right moves. Maybe this is different. I guess i should give it a try

You can know your position by keeping track of what's going on mentally. That's how I do it, both with this game and SF V... I don't listen to the audio to figure out where my character is or where my opponent is. I keep track of that mentally as I execute moves and have moves executed against me. Stereo helps, of course, but doesn't ruin my game or mental ability to track opponents.

I am heavily leaning towards buying this, but we'll see. I agree with what's been said about the sound, though. The game seems like it has so much to offer that it'd be nuts not to grab it.

Do yourself a favor and buy it. This game is pretty addicting to say the least. I played Libra of Soul which is the story mode for 5 straight hours last night, didn't get much sleep haha but it was totally worth it.

Sorry peeps, a bit late to the party, but I am now virtually swinging swords and bashing in brains as well, just started the game when I came back from work and launched into a little arcade mode with Sigfried and hel fucking yeah, this is pritty awesome I have to say, I am already curious for the character creator and the storie modes, this should get interesting.

Hey.
Did anyone figure out how you can type in a name for your created character? I can go to the edit field, but when I type in something, it doesn't seam to accept the nname, the generic name for the char is still there.

I have it on pc and I use an XboxOne controller. When they ask me to type the name, I press a, delete the generic name, type the name you want, press a again, then press start.
