Hello, one of my projects to learn c++ was to write a port of camel on the bbc micro. Although it can be quite boring at times, I hope you will find the source and the game interesting. If for whatever reason this is the wrong place to post this game, I appoligize in advance. Here is the link: http://nashcentral.ddns.net:8100/camel.zip
Have fun.

so you did this from scratch rather than basing it off Louis briant's port?

The only port I knew existed was the zcode zcamel.z8 I believe from the ifarchive. Did you get to look at the code? mess, isn't it?

Hi hacker.
Looked at your actual web site and its really cool, I'd like your other games you put up posted, I really like the bns battle game and the other gotcha game.
Keep plugging away at these when you can, I have played plenty of games but never the really old ones and if you don't mind porting them I will play them.

@crashmaster I did not write the BNS battle and gotcha games. Those were games released by mr. Daniel Zingaro in the late 1990's, written in basic for the bns and Braille Light M40 Notetakers. Other than writing camel, I do run a few game servers, assist others with technical issues and set up secure, accessible, and low cost software solutions. I might have the basic files for mr. Zingaro's games, along with the run.bns file that was required to play them in storage, but I had absolutely nothing to do with those masterpieces.
