Hello everyone.
So I have sf30th anniversary, and I play it with friends sometimes, I know that there are a lot of different codes to unlock or choose characters or modes in different games, but things like the method to play as akuma in sf2 turbo illude me, yes, I know you have to select specific characters and end it up with a specific button press, but I'm not sure as to where the required characters are.
Til now, the only input I can do with confidence is the dramatic battle in street fighter alpha 3.
If anyone dabbled with those codes, I'd appreciate any input.

I can answer that.
While I don't have SF 30th, I have experience with a few games in the collection, Super SF2 Turbo being one of them.
Here's a description of the character selection screen's layout.
The layout is essentially divided into two rows and 8 columns

  • Row 1: From left to right, Ryu, E. Honda, Blanka, Guile, T. Hawk, Fei Long, Balrog/Boxer, and Sagat. When you start a new game, Ryu is the first character your cursor lands on.

  • Row 2: From left to right, Ken, Chun-Li, Zangief, Dhalsim, Cammy, Dee Jay, Vega/Claw, and M. Bison/Dictator. If I remember correctly, Ken is always the second player's default option when joining in.
