Edit: after some deep searching, I managed to fix this issue
To do it, create this  new key on your registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\LowRegistry\Audio\PolicyConfig\PropertyStore
This is where volume mixer supposed to store it's setting.
Hey guys.
After resetting my windows, I have this problem where if I change a volume of an app via the volume mixer, it wont  remember my changes. let's say I run crazy party, and then adjust it's volume from volume mixer, and I close the game, re-launch it again, the volume will   returns to the  original volume, which is the same volume as my default playback device. Is there any solution for this? I don't think it is the driver, since it is up to date. The other thing that I tried was to set the communication tab on sound setting to do nothing. I am not sure what  else to do here. There is no related setting on my playback device property as well. I'll probably do a clean reinstall of the windows, but I am worried about the original licence this pc has. can I re-claim the windows licence and the licence of office for home and student again?
Thanks before.
