I posted this in the articles room, but wanted to make a topic in here in case you don't check that room often. I have found a way to stream both system audio and NVDA speech in discord without needing 3rd party software or adjusting sound settings. You will need a second screen reader though.

having not tried this, won't this *only* stream NVDA's audio?  From my understanding, Discord is incapable of capturing the audio from multiple applications.
Being able to stream NVDA on its own could still be potentially useful though!

that's what I thought too, but it also does system audio surprisingly.

no this is in stereo. But if you watching a stream on mobile it is.

@7 no. Discord's audio should not be going through.
