Oh thanks, but i do not mean on instant translate addon. I mean on nvda addon translate. I will give you example: in nvda instant translate addon, you must select text, press nvda shift t and after that only t and nvda will tell you translated text. In nvda translate addon, you pressnvda control shift t and smove with arrow and nvda automatically will translate text and say on target language.
