My friend is having problems with the page up and page down keys, and in the keyconfig file there are no keys to change.
How to do this?

Hmm, maybe try the Sharpkeys program to remap something they don't use like scroll lock and insert to page up and down?
First though, if your friend has a function key on their computer, try function right and left or function up and down arrows, that could work.

My keymap program of choice is AHK. It has its own scripting language, and it's something else to learn, but that really does mean the customizability and features are much less limited.

Unfortunaly the page up and down works only in this keys, not using fn arrows.
