I believe so. I don't know of a way to turn capslock on on the Touch+. I could put that in as a note of feedback ffor a possible feature request if you'd like.

True. I prefer to not use computer braille too much if I can help it. If required though, I can use it to the best of my ability.

Yeah when I had my school Touch everything was done in standard literary UEB Grade 2. But in the cases computer braille was necessary, I knew the things I needed to know. Sometimes I'd forget and it would take me a second to remember a sign, but I was able to get by with it when I had to

@ Rich_Beardsley:
Thanks for your explanation by holding down both volume kes to turn on and off Keysoft. It works much better than Keysofts own command to turn it on and off. I didn't found this information in the manual.
Best regards SLJ.

Yeah it's much better than on the original Touch. On the original Touch it would quit whatever you were in when disabling KeySoft

Yes, I agree. The way the Touch+ does things when Keysoft is disabled is much more efficient than it was before.

I personally prefer my orbit reader20 paired with a modern iPad with its braille screen input. Braille screen input on iPad works great!

android braille support is a disappointing mess! I would take an iPad paired with an orbit reader20 or an orbit reader20Plus, anyday!

How is TalkBack's Braille Keyboard? I've seen a small demo and it seemed ok, but I've heard some things saying it's not the greatest. What do those of you who have used it regularly think of it?
