Is it possible to increase rhvoice speed? In the app settings and the text-to-speech settings are set to 100, but it still speaks very slowly.

Not that I'm aware of. That synth is very slow in terms of speaking rate. It's worse than Samsung TTS on the Galaxy Watch...
