jetbrains have a ide for it cant remember what its called but
its accessible after you get jre working
also i hurd that you have to do some settings in order to make it more quick and accessible
i'll check and let you no as i am away from my pc and cant check it right now

Definitely Eclipse. You even have addons for it if you're using NVDA, each time you click save you will hear beep sound which indicates that you have made a mistake somewhere.
