i happened to use frontpage almost 6 years ago i think when i started to learn coding, it was mostly on html creating simple web pages, that's the only one i used back then
now a days i wright codes by hand for php or java script or anything else.

Hand coding is fine though, i will try to use sharepoint and azure as well. anyone got a luck with that?
I think I've always written by HTML by hand, it's the best that way you know exactly what you're doing.
There's also sunrise Waterfall by Nathan Smith, although I have no website to use it on. Let's see about that...
You can save yourself a lot of trouble if you grab Nikola, Jekyll, or any number of the other static site generators, documentation on how to write Markdown, and a terminal.
Favorite Web Builder? Python Django
Eddit: For those of you who don't know, that's a joke. Django is a lot more difficult than Html ever will be.
i was just thinking about switching to a linux envirement for web coding, especially now that i'm learning node js, freecode code camp and the odin project has bin a lot of help for me about testing my skills on building actual web projects.
Django really isn't all that bad; you can get a lot done quickly with it. In terms of tools, all you need is a text editor, a terminal, and access to documentation for your framework.

With Django is it possible to use your own templates?
