Hello. When I use the nvda translator for a very long time during the day, at some point it stops translating the text. Suppose when I use it in Alter Aeon. If it is google, can I somehow insert my own api key in addon? If this is not the case, then tell me how else you can deal with this problem.

If it's the one I'm thinking about, all I can think of is clearing the cache, restarting NVDA or restarting the add-on.

These methods do not help. For some reason, only restarting the computer helps. If you do not restart it, then the translator starts working again after an hour and a half. Why so, it is not clear. This is not just happening to me.

hmm how to clear a cache? I have this problem too. I read some books which is are in the epub format, i turn on translator by pressing insert control shift t, and nvda start to read this document in my native language. After some times, nvda swich to read it on original language of this document.  I try to uninstal and instal translator, i doing much thinks but nothing. THis problem start for me after i update nvda to version 2020

It is NVDA plus ctrl plus shift plus f to clear the cache. However, yes I also suppose that this is just another limitation by Google. It was great while it lasted.

This is not a limitation of api. I wrote to the developer by mail, he said that the transfer does not go through the api, but through the google web interface

Yeah, that is also what I gathered from reading the source code a few months ago, but that doesn't prevent Google from limitting the number of requests you can send during a certain period.
