Melodyne could probably be used for something like this, see the Symphony of Science videos that do a similar thing but with clips of real voices.

that definitly sounds like the SAPI5 version of sam and marry witch would work better sense the pitch goes up and down while speaking so less edits would have to be done in some areas.

at  post 4 tht is a payed plugin, you'll have to buy it or get  a trial version to try it out on the main developer's website, but yeah, i'm guessing they've used autotune for this sort of thing

@AlexN94, I've heard of Melodyne a lot as I follow music YouTube channels that make small edits and produce their own music. Is it accessible with screen readers like NVDA?

like i said, the plugin is accessable using that add-on, i didn't follow any tutorials really but i'm sure i can figure  something out, or i mite just listen to a youtube tutorial like i always do, but i'm going to try that later

Oh! Sibiac doesn't allow to use melodyne on reaper. You can use it as an external editor, but i don't like that way too mutch. So the best autotune is antares.
