Suggestion to expand on what #25 has said. You could hire farmhands. These farmhands would periodically interact with your animals (milk cows, feed pigs, collect eggs etc). But they require a salary that you must pay every season. If you can't pay, they leave you, but let's say one farm hand can look after five different animals or so.
I used to be a knee like you, then I took an adventurer in the arrow.

Actually I love the fact that you need to persecute animals, as that happens in real life farms. I've worked in one myself and needed to chase cows and sheeps hahahaha. Sad but true.
Also yes, workers would be great as well but they should be unlockable after a period of time, because small breeders do not have the funds to pay a worker in real life.

Hello folks! I've experienced the same bug with the guard dogs with other animals too. Apparently when you press the key to buy an animal repeatedly it buys various copies without spending cash. I may be able to help with sounds and voice acting too if needed.

OK. great game, although the trees are to bloody powerful. A couple sheep, chickens and cows, and 4 trees and you're unstoppable. This game reminded me how much I over do things lol. I had over 255 animals in 25 minutes. It could be less, but it was still a hell of a lot. I also had 4545 survings of food, and about 25 trees. My only suggestion is raise the prices of the animals, because cows and oinkers especially are pretty expensive. Chickens are like 5 dollars for one here, so that's like a dollar US. Pigs are lke 700 to a grand, so about a hundred to one fifty. Great job however, I also wished you added a notification for when wolves attack, but I probably mised that lol. Keep it up, and mind the animal pricing.

Well, I managed to top that by entering a googleplex dice, by a googleplex sides per die. Obviously your RB Dice was no match for the power of Jaidon Overkill Vincent lol. Keep it up man.

I would really like a more long term game something with the option of saving progress. I know that that is not what was in your plans for this game, but i like the idea of having bigger goals to work toward. I also think that we either need a few big cash purchases, or the econimy needs to be rebalanced, otherwise the game will continue to be too easy. Thank you for reading, and thank you for having the patience to work on a farm symulator, because this is the game i have always wanted. Maybe going forward we could add a couple of other things that are on real life farms, like markets, food stands, horse racing, etc. Not sure how far you wanted to take this, but i could come up with ideas all day. I was tempted to code years ago, because i wanted a farming game, but you've saved me the trouble . Stay safe out there and keep up the good work.

I understand that the economy is unbalanced. as such I will be making it harder. If you have farm sounds, drop me a pm, and say you have in this topic.
Workers will be added, but not for what you think they'll be added for.
Also, the new update contains the following:
buf fix for that animal buying bug I think.
Number system, so in stead of saying, apple tree, cow, cow, cow, cow, cow, chicken, chicken, chicken, chicken, chicken, chicken, chicken, it'll say something like, apple tree, 3 cow, 7 chicken. this should make the game less flooded with speech.
Shift j and l to jump to the beginning/end of your animal list.

hi all,
for those who didn't watch my stream before, I did show off what I have added to the latest update, so check that out if you havn't already. I'm going to be releasing a short coding stream in a couple minutes, so if you want to see me code live and make some suggestions that I can most likely instantly implement, now is the time to do it. the stream iwll last about 20 minutes or so and I'll be adding new things before finally releasing the update to the public.

nice start, this has a lot of potential if you give it enough atention.
You could manage to do a really big game on the time if you focus your eforts in it and you keep working on it. think on it as a progect for the future, you are doing something that a lot of player wanted to have before, and you can do it really well.
I think I can also help with some sounds, let me see what can I find.
Maybe you can take some inspiration on the old facebook game farm ville, that was a good farm simulator, and it was something we were unable to play.

I can help with sounds as well! I got some recordings and things, plus I could make some kind of music when you needed to persecute and chase animals, that will give the game some movement, (though I really also like the relaxed aspect of it, not all games need to be about grueling action and running all the time). This is actually a pretty fun game. Also,not sure if you have checked it out before, but in the developer's room there is a sticky post with sound resources . Some of what is being posted there, including sounds from zapsplat are farm ones. I also saw this one the other day but apparently its down now. Not sure if the bbc sound fx library would be a legal thing to use, as it says that sound can be used for personal, education or research use only but they have wonderful ones there.

Nice little game, one suggestion however.
When typing trees, cash, or any of the options, so they don't have to be lowercase, you can do'
If LCase(Goal) = "trees"

; Other code (similar for other goals)
EndIf
This will make it so the goals can be yped in any case and read the same.
