ok. so pun bb/ pan bb. is the software itself that the forum will exist with. but a site that will do all the dirty work for you is what I think he meant.

jcink.net (the one I use)
Forumotion (not used this a lot)
Tapatalk (what was invisionfre)
Proboards (not used this one a lot either)
Those are the ones that leap out at me, you sign up, they create the forum for you and do all the heavy lifting then email you the information on it

these days I doubt another blindy forum would be very benificial, think of something else to do is my suggestion.

I would love to make some kind of android platform where apps and software for android is discussed on. maby a discoord channel would work? but i don't think there would be a large enought interest for other people to join it... and spam...
