Hello.

How would I delete save data for games from xbox live? There is a couple of games that download my data from live but I would like to start over fresh.

Go to the game, hit the menu button and choose manage game and addons. go down to save data and then go across to find it. once you find it, press delete and it brings a option to delete from the cloud or xbox or all, click all, and it deletes from the cloud and your local xbox.

Which games are you trying to remove data from?
As Bradp says, you should be able to do the following:
1: go to my games and apps on the home screen.
2. Select the games tab.
3. Find the game you want, or possibly change the content type from installed to ready to install, if it doesn't appear first.
4. Press the menu button.
5. Go to Manage Game and Addons.
6. Scroll down until you find the save data tab.
7. On that screen, you'll see your gamer tag and a file size. Press A on that.
8. Select "Delete Everywhere".
