Orco's technically correct, but if the games aren't even available *arcade machine companies have just sprung up to try and rectify this* but even then, it is just plainly hypocritical for companies to spend more time writing c&d's instead of release the stuff they pretty much allowed to become lost to time. Seriously. If it can happen for music streaming, it can happen here. I wouldn't mind paying a few bucks a month, or per game, for an copies of old games, if only these corporate bastards would actually sell them. Orco, as for your Apple 2 emulator, Jason did rectify that situation by releasing Mess Apple, a talking Apple 2 e enhanced emulator with talking disks that use texttalker. The rights to the disks have been secured *at least the ones from Microtalk plus a few other companies* and the only technically illegal matter is the distribution of the Mess Apple rom itself, although it's a risk worth taking since it's hardly likely Apple would come after one guy vs an actual majorly known website, and even if they did they'd be shat on for it as it isn't like they could get a lot of money out of him anyway and it would be just pure evil for the sake of such. Although, I wouldn't be surprised, as they did make a dick move to try and get an iPhone 3gs out of a Gizmodo reporter's hands, sending a swat team after him when clearly it was the fault of the drunk Apple engineer who left the iPhone inside a bar, and should've been fired on the spot for that if they really wanted secrecy. instead they just created an unnecessary brouhaha which let the cat out of the bag anyhow. But who am I kidding, they spend more time making a theatrical out of news we already know about than actually trying to get themselves back on a better path. Ok rant over.
