hello, today i deleted my savegame and started from the first task, but i can't see my speed and altitude can someone help me? no matter how many times i press z and r it's not telling me my altitude and speed

Apparently you don't know how to play. I'm assuming you're starting at hangar and in there you can't see some of these things. Either that, or you didn't turn on the computer with ctrl shift k.
