Personally, I never bother with the wizard.
Just go to the page, click on the eddit box where it says "choose file to upload" then brouse to it as if your opening a file in any program.
Tab to the description box if you like, and to the recipiant box if you want it E-mailed to someone, then just hit the "Start upload" button and wait, it's that sympl.
You don't even need an account really just for the uploading, though it does make tracking what files you've got up there and being able to find the links to them again if you like easier.
