I found the grenade launcher too slow and unwieldy for 20-3. I just used the super attack blade and the laser machinegun, and the blade only for the first set of bombs where killing them was actually necessary.

Hello guys!
I found the new secret weapon about which I didn't read in this thread.
This secret weapon has the name hyper slice blade.
I got in stage 23,4.
The hyper slice blade goes ahead me and destroys all enemies.
All enemies on a floors!

Actually, hyper slice blade appears under these conditions.
1 clear 23-4
2 the password box in the left side of the field must be fallen into a pit then

There are 2 wooden boxes in the first room of 22-3. The first one contains a key which opens the door located at the right side. The second one contains all weapons that were stolen. If you don't take them, you will have to go through the next room which is full of enemies without weapons.

How do I unlock the bonus stage? I already defeat the robot version 2.0 and after the game close I open it again, but I don't know how to go to the bonus stage. It's not on the stage menu. Where can I find the bonus stage?

I haven't followed this topic for very long time. Is there any news? I don't remember who, but I remember someone posted a walkthrough of the game a while ago. Does it contains all the secrets as well? I haven't played the game for a while, so I don't remember how to unlock the weapons.

There is an information about secret weapons.
But this information is not complete.
There is not the information about hyper slice blade and the secret weapon which you can get in the stage in that you can get Yo-Yo.

Hm, so I just wasted 600 rounds of Pistol Ammo on the tracking Turret in 22-4, not realizing that I didn't have to (/ couldn't) kill it.
Will I be needing pistol ammo latter, and if so, what's the best way to get more? I'm probably going to wind up spending all my gold on mega potions and light crystals (and making sure I have the right number of hyper pachinko balls for that one puzzle I remember everyone talking about. Incidentally, how many was that? 100?).

It is very funny about your fight with tracking Turret!
You will need the pistol ammo because the sky machine gun is shooting by pistol ammo.
The best way to get them is buy them.
Go to stage 19-1. It is an excellent way to get a lot of money.

Sky machine gun is destroying UFOs.
You have to finish the stage 13-3 in position 0 to get sky machine gun.
This weapon destroys UFOs very quickly!

CAE yeah, it's necessary. Airborn enemies show up more often later, and it's probably the smartest to get that weapon when you can. Instructions have already been posted.

Going to bring this topic back from the dead too... because I'm stuck at the last boss, which is frustrating me no end. Anyone got any tips on beating the search and destroy robot? If someone would be willing to take a look at my save that'd be great too. I almost never ask... but this's been getting to me for a month and I'm starting to wonder if I just need to redo everything again. Here's the save for anyone who wants to take a crack at it.

well, first you just need to kind of sit there and dodge whatever he throws at you;. Eventually the music will change to music similar to the main menu stuff. Then you can start attacking.

Well, that's clear... my question is how to beat him. His canon especially seems to take me out in the first burst I get and I can't hi him with anything and not get any warning from his canon burst until it starts happening. And I have a time limit of 3 minutes to beat him. lol
