So I'm playing the Difficult mode now and am about halfway through. Is it just me, or are there more barriers and lasers in stages 13-14 in this mode? Should I expect even more in the harder difficulties? I'm gonna need better missiles if that's the case, unless they're affected by my attack/tech.
On the Crystal City battle stages now and there are more enemies, I swear...
Good to know, as I play this game with only one hand, due to my Hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy.
Love this game!!!

The simaltaneous number of enemies shouldn't change based on difficulties. Also, the amount / endurance of magical barriers are fixed. They can be pieces of dust with your single missile shot, except a few annoyingly tough ones.
Okay, can someone explain why I can't get the Jump Shoes or Chaos Nuts again? I'm doing exactly what I'm supposed to in order to get them and they've worked before! Is it because I'm in a more difficult mode? Can some things only be gotten in normal mode?

There is nothing that you can get only in the normal mode. You might want to check your inventory or the proper spot where you must go to again.
I have them in my inventory, but I tried both with them in my inventory and in the warehouse. I was able to get the Chaos nuts 3 times, but then I changed the difficulty and couldn't get all the stones in one hit any more. I haven't been able to get Chaos Nuts that way since. I want another pair of Jump Shoes to make the High Jump Shoes, but it's just not cooperating. I've gone past the spot where I'm supposed to land at altitude 1, 10 and 19 at full speed and gone to the end, and then I just turn without anything happening.
Okay, I have 250 hours of logged playing time. Why can't I get the companion card yet?

I have 300 hours and can't get it, maybe it's 350...
Edit: I checked once more at 305 hours and found it. I guess the minimum is 301 or something like that.
Still don't know why I can't get Chaos Nuts from the puzzle in 8.1 or the Jump Shoes for a second time. The puzzle I did successfully three times but haven't gotten nuts since then. I don't know if it's because I can't break all the stones at once at higher levels, but if the High Jump shoes will help, I need two pairs of Jump Shoes to make them and I can't get a second pair for reasons I still don't know.

For the Jump Shoes to appear you have to make sure the Tobacco item is in your inventory. Though at this point I don't know why it would have disappeared, but you never know.
I Only manage to get the chaos nuts with the High Jump Shoes, but I can confirm I can do it regardless of difficulty level.
You can actually do it with the normal ones too, you just gotta be really good with your timing and a sped drink is required.
Oh! I didn't know about the tobacco! Usually I stick all the garbage items I don't know the use for in my warehouse. You can't craft with all of them, after all, and they just clutter up your inv and make it super hard to find what you actually want.
Okay, got the shoes, but new problem. I still can't break all the stones in order and in one go. I've tried using the normal Jump Shoes with a speed drink and skipped the "me" stone, and also only broke four before I landed. I've tried smashing them one at a time to make sure I get them in order, but no joy. The High Jump Shoes skip multiple stones and screw up the order as well.
Tried again with High Jump Shoes, and with a speed drink as well. Still can't get them all at once and with the High Jump Shoes I fly right past some of them!
I'm currently in Wolf Mode if that makes any difference, but I don't wanna go back down until I've cleared all the modes and don't have to reset...

I can try to explain how I proceed, but it may be kind of hard.
Imagine this as some kind of rhythm game. Since the stones are placed three tiles appart from each other, except for the last two who are only two tiles appart, you want to tap the right arrow three times between each bounce, except for the last one where you want to tap it only twice. It goes like this:
jump... bounce, tap, tap, tap, bounce, tap, tap, tap, bounce, etc.
Of course, tap=right arrow, coma=a quarter of a second, and ellipsis=a second or so.
For the last one, you tap twice, with half a second between your second tap and the last bounce.
That might be a very hawkward way to explain that, but I can't really do better. I hope it will be useful.
Took a few tries but I finally got the hang of it. The directions in the walkthrough I had said to just hold down the right arrow starting with the first bounce, and as I said, that method worked three times before I started having trouble. This one works fairly well and I should now be able to run them easily enough.
Hi everyone, I am also playing BK3. I saw a playthrough of BK3 in which the person was able to make the water master in the normal level. Was that just in a previous version or something. Can someone explain me that how did he do that cause I also want to make one?
@367: I'm glad I could help.
@368: Indeed, in the previous versions you could craft the Water Master on the normal difficulty but that's no longer the case. You will have to wait until you finish Super Wolf mode I believe.
Hey is there a wiki or something on how to obtain stuff?
I really want magical ball!
These steps will help you get the magical ball.
1. complete the game on normal mode
2. buy the super UFO from the shop in stage 21.
3. go to 0.4 and pick up the magical edge
4. go to 20.3 and fly to 39.28
5. go 2 right (41 28)
6. drop down and blow the platform up with c4.
will be edited later, class is switching
Yeh that's the way to reach that ball but as far as I know the ball can't be hurted by any physical weapon. So we shouldn't even try that.

I can't defend from the thing, flying with the super UFO doesn't let me dodge the attacks and setting edge to reflection doesn't stop the attacks either. hmm
Btw I forgot, what was the solution to 15 55 120?
@Ogomez92: The answer to that puzzle is "210".
Now, a question of my own. How do you check the level of your spirit sword? I haven't really been counting the level-up sounds and can only check the damage it does, and that only in Bread Crusher where the maximum possible damage shows in the combat log. I've been reading older posts in this thread and people are saying things like "My Spirit Sword is at Level 30." I want to know how they knew that.
