Hi all.
Thanks to @hatlor and @pelantas who have requested and helped by testing, my Sound RTS server is now alive.
I haven't played Sound RTS much myself, so I don't know that much about the game.
I have set up the latest alfa version, where Crazy mod is included. It seems as all the maps are included as well, but if you want more maps, then please let me know and I'll put them up as soon as possible.
The address to connect is:
server.coolfortheblind.dk
Multiple games can run at the same time, so feel free to use the server as much as possible.
If you have any comments, suggestions, ideas etc. then I would love to hear from you.

If possible, I would like to send in a number of maps you can add, as myself and a few friends created a lot of those over the years. Not sure how enjoyable they are but I know we'll probably make use of the server next time we play.

Someone with the login Idin was connected, and then something odd happened.

If the player who experienced this read this post, I would like to ask what you did to make this happen. I have no idea on what happened, and I wander why you didn't tried to connect again.

A player named Percy have tried to start a game. I got the message again telling the action is not allowed. I can't do much about it before you tell me what you do to make this happen. I hope you'll try again and please let me know what you do to tricker this.

when i first started playing sound rts i thought it was good but i felt the maps were a little small and cramped. are there much bigger maps now? if i remember rightly they were only around 10x10 in size?

There are many maps, but I'm not sure how big they are. But you can make your own maps.
Something is not working as it should on my server. For this reason, the server is very unstable. I wander why people haven't informed me about this. I at leased know what the issue is, and I'm working to fix that. The server might work, but I promise it'll be fixed as soon as possible.

We made some maps that we play on; the standard maps were made when the game was very different so most are a problem to play on now.
At SLJ: I know on public servers people are not allowed to make a game with only themselves and AIs, there must be at least two human players. Maybe this is what people were trying to do? I have no idea though, just speculating.

I'm just someone who loves big maps whereby you have to work to get to anybody else on the map. I've never liked small maps myself.

Same here, also not a fan of the low amounts of resources you get on most of those maps. I don't really have time at the moment but I'll post ours at some point

yeah i like it where you have to explore and explore to find stuff. I don't mind big maps at all. I used to play this game cosacks and the map had a fog of war affect. whereby unless you were there you didn't actually know what was there. you could choose the size of the map and I always went for the mega huge maps.

Hi all.
I have spent a lot of times, many hours to fix the bugs, which made the server unstable. I'm sorry for all the trouble. I hope those who tried to connect wanna give it a try again. I didn't noticed it the first many times it happened, both because of the weird message people were getting, but also because that only happened when I was logged out of the server. But this is now fixed, which not just means a hopefully stable server, but also many more stable servers in the future.
So again, I hope you wanna give this a try, and please post your feedback here in the topic.
