We are currently working on the integration of a new news system...this is why the homepage might act a little strange. This makes it easier for us to update the news from the same system as the forum...stay tuned!

It seems to be working!

And maybe we can allow a few frequent contributers to this forum to be able to post news on AudioGames.net themselves. How many of you would like that? Of course, we need to trust you then. And spam once, and you're out...

Hi
I think it is a good idea since you guys aren't always available to update the news.

Hi Folks,

I discussed it with Sander today and we both agree to this idea. But we'd like to take things slow. We will first approach a few of you who *we* think are capable of submitting news (you need good understanding of English language, you need to have submitted news or other worthwhile contributions in the past, you are normal and descent, etc.). You cannot volunteer and there's no golden wrapper. Then we'll start a test period where those selected get news-posting rights. If that works out okay (nobody abuses the news with spam etc.) than in time we might allow those persons access to the database and backoffice of AudioGames.net (and maybe you might see an Umpa Lumpa or two). And if that works, then maybe we will allow more people access to the news and the archive.

We will approach everyone through their email-address that is registered with their forum-account.

Greets,

Richard

I think 1000 topics (yeah celebration today) is exactly the right moment for such a change! smile

We have asked *4* members to be News Moderators. If you did not receive an email from us then we did not pick you. Don't worry, if this goes well, then we're likely to add more people! Greets, Richard!
