hi forum, here's a list of games that will work fine on vista. This list will be updated, so check back often.

shades of doom 1.2 & 2.0

mortal maze

dog & cat
troopanum 2.0

pacman talks 1.1
GMA solitaire

3d snake

duck blaster

Accessible games (gamesfortheblind.com) (all non sv versions work fine)

kitchen's inc games (you do get an "error registering sapi.dll" message during install of game menu, but the games and anne react ok)
tarzan junior (acts kind of sluggishly on level 1, but otherwise fine)
drive (by sound support) note: during score announce, the speech is chaupi

super egg hunt

super bone hunt

showdown
hunter 1.2 (it works great!)

freedom millionaire (jaws does not read the question sets, but this is do to no video intercepting in JAWS. should work in 8.0, though. )

top speed 2

incompatible games include:

super liam (runtime error 429, active x not found)

esp woopas (runtime error 429, active x not found)

monkey business, (dx8.dll direct x 8 is not present)

pipe2 blass chamber ("you are not running direct x 8. press enter to jump to the direct x download site") Pressing escape results in a nice "runtime error 53: file not foun" dialog box. (and no, compatibility mode doesn't work here)
pipe 1.0 (wmaudio.dll couldn't be found, msaudio.ocx or one of it's dependencies could not be registered)

Loan wolfe 3.2 (no hotkeys / arrows work in this version), compatibility mode makes the game unable to work with JAWS

montezuma's revenge (setup asks me to get .net framework 1.1, when Vista includes .net framework  3.0)

final conflict (installer does not detect .net framework 3.0)
games that have problems, but these can be solved:

chillingham and Grizzly gulch (key trapping doesn't work. You cannot cycle between choices ) For now, use the Vista compatibility mode. (go to c:|program files|bavisoft|grizzly gulch/ chillinhham| and press alt + enter on either grizzly gulch.exe / chillingham.exe. press ctrl tab and check "run this program in compatibility "mode, and select windows xp with sp2)

Check back soon, I will be testing a number of other games too.

Regards:
