alright, as i have spotted people are wandering and posting topics about where to get free hosting, i have started a topic and i will give you the best choice to have a free host.
saying that, a free host is not your best choice because payed hosting are verry relyable, mostly 99.9% uptime, better features, better support,and less errors and such.
but anyway let's go to free hosting.
there are currently 2 choices for you. and these choices are the best ones. i will asure you that if you search for 1 week in google and such, try to register and test, you will find these websites better than anything.

also offering php scripts. fantastico installer, MYSQL, e-mail accounts, and some good features that are verry useful for an website admin (like 1-click restore, 1-click reset hosting, auto installing CMS, website stats and such)
this hosting plan will give you also free domain, yourdomain.(xxx).com that xxx can be site90, site 60, comxa, mimbo, mer, geo13, and many many things.

once you get yourdomain.co.cc, you can then set your ns servers to 000webhosts.com or whatever then people can access your site by that domain!
disadvantage of 000webhosts.com:
it will ask for captcha image for evrry log in session, without any audio assistance. so you probably need webvism (firefox) to work with your hosting control panel!

it is completely similar to 000webhost, but the second plan which offers more usage (2000 meg) needs you to make a forum account, and have 20 posts in a month.
the first plan has just 1000 meg of usage.
also not to mention, that the first plan includes (just 10 gigabites) bandwidth and the second plan gives you (20 gigabites)

if you want my personal idea, 000webhosts is my favor, because it already gives you 100 gb! bandwidth, and gives 1500 megabites without needing you to do anything.
but still, you might want to use the 0000free.com, which will give you 2000 (megs) storage with 20 posts in a month, also no need to fill captcha evrrytime you log in!
but remember, heavy traffic needs more bandwidth. i don't recommend the first plan of 0000free.com that gives you 10gb if you feel that your site will be a famous one!
and remember, payed-hosting always beats the fre ones!
