I am using google tool bar and it can give me the cache of it.

hi,
as far as my brain suggests from the previous memories,
a cache is the google's stored copy or a snapshot of a webpage taken on a certain time.
it can also be viewed even if the webpage is currently unavailable.

just take an example of saving a game.
if you are killed after a few mins , you can restore the position you were on saving, hence getting a chance of taking better dicisions and precise manoeuvring
