You need eight of those stones. Then walk up to the altar to reveal the teleporter. That's when the monkey starts to summon the ghosts.
But wait, what's that? A transport! Saved am I! Hark, over here! Hey nonny non, please help!

i think you'll need five stones, and not eight.
